Accessibility at Fayetteville Roof Co.
Anyone looking for roof help in Fayetteville should be able to use these pages, or skip them and pick up the phone.
Updated October 2026.
What standard do you aim for?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page. We build every page toward it and check layouts at phone width; if you find a gap, tell us.
How is the site built for that?
Pages use proper headings in order and marked regions for the header, menu, main content and footer. A link at the very top lets keyboard users jump past the menu. Menus and forms work without a mouse and show where the focus is. Text contrast meets AA. You can zoom text to 200 percent and still read everything. Motion switches off when your device asks for reduced motion, and nothing flashes.
What about photos and forms?
Each photo has alt text. Each form field is labeled. The request form has no timer, so take as long as you need.
Is anything still imperfect?
Some roof photos show detail that words cover only partly, such as the pattern of hail hits on a shingle. The alt text covers the point the photo is making. If it falls short, call and we will talk you through it.
Do I have to use the website at all?
No. Anything the site does, the phone does too. Call (910) 838-9505 at any hour to ask a question, book a roof check or raise a concern.
How do I report a problem?
Send a note to hello@fayettevilleroofco.com, or phone (910) 838-9505. Name the page and tell us what went wrong. Expect a reply inside two business days, followed by whatever repair we can make.
