Who handles your roof request
Four roles stand between your call and a finished roof. Here is what each one does.
The phone line
Picks up at every hour, holidays and storm nights included. An automated assistant notes who you are, how to reach you, the address and what the roof is doing. A person then calls you back to set the visit, and an active leak goes to the top of the list.
The roof inspector
Climbs up, checks shingles, flashing, vent boots and valleys, then goes into the attic to look at the decking and airflow. You get photos of what was found and a written price before any work is booked. Ask why repair beats replacement on your roof, or the reverse, and you get the reasoning.
The roofing crew
Tears off, repairs the deck, lays underlayment and shingles or metal, flashes every wall and pipe, and runs a magnet across the yard for nails before leaving. For a storm job they tarp first so the house stays dry.
The scheduling desk
Checks with the inspections office for your address, files permits when a job needs them, keeps insurance certificates current, sends photos and scopes to your adjuster or agent when you ask, and works the calendar around rain and closing dates.
Who does the actual roofing
We are a locally run outfit in Fayetteville, NC. The roof work is done by independent, insured roofing contractors we partner with, not by the company behind this website. You learn the roofer's company name before the visit is booked. The referral disclosure and the about page explain how we choose them.
